Issue Resolution Pathway The parties commit to the following pathway principles for engagement/resolution of workforce issues: • resolution of issues should take place at a regional level in the first instance • for issues that may have local District / national applicability, the parties will develop a process for these discussions to occur • having followed the process, unresolved issues may be escalated to the National Te Whatu Ora/PSA Administrative Engagement Forum.
