Forward Date definition

Forward Date means any Trading Day during the Commitment Period that a Transaction Notice specifying that it relates to a “Forward” is deemed delivered pursuant to Section 2.03(b) hereof.

Forward Date means any date of receipt by the Company of acceptance of the terms of a Forward Placement Notice, or receipt by the Current Forward Purchaser and Current Forward Seller of the Company’s Acceptance, if applicable, in each case in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof.

Forward Date means any Trading Day that a Forward Placement Notice is delivered or deemed to be delivered pursuant to Section 2(b).
