Founder Share definition

Founder Share means a new class of share, designated as the Founder Share, which shall carry the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions as set forth in the Articles following the Effective Date.
Founder Share means the 1 (one) NewCo Ordinary Share which AGA holds in NewCo as at the Last Practicable Date, which NewCo Ordinary Share was issued to AGA upon the incorporation of NewCo;
