Fourth Supplemental Agreement definition

Fourth Supplemental Agreement means the agreement dated February 18, 2021, and entered into between, amongst others, the parties to this Agreement amending and restating this Agreement in connection with the introduction of the Framework.
Fourth Supplemental Agreement means the agreement dated 7 January 2009 supplemental to this Agreement made between (inter alios) (1) certain of the Borrowers, (2) the Original Borrowers, (3) the Corporate Guarantors, (4) the Manager and (5) the Creditors;
