Fractional Amount definition

Fractional Amount means the cash amount equal to the difference between the value of the number of whole shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to Paragraph (4)(b)(i) and Paragraph (4)(b)(ii)(B), as the case may be, and the value of the number of whole and fractional shares of Common Stock required to be issued pursuant to Paragraph (4)(b)(i) and Paragraph (4)(b)(ii)(B), as the case may be. For purposes of this definition, the value of the shares of Common Stock shall be determined in accordance with Paragraph 4(b)(iv).
Fractional Amount means, if “Share Delivery” is specified as being applicable in the Final Terms, any fractional interest in one Share to which a Noteholder would be entitled pursuant to Condition 6(n)(iii) as set out below.
Fractional Amount means any fractional interest in one Underlying Security to which a Noteholder would be entitled pursuant to Condition 7(f)(ii).

More Definitions of Fractional Amount

Fractional Amount means, unless otherwise provided in the relevant Pricing Supplement, any fractional interest in one Share forming part of the Ratio (rounded to 4 decimal places, with 0.00005 rounded upwards).
