Framework Public Bodies utilising the Framework Agreement must adhere to the following procedures when calling off.
Framework Public Bodies will confirm to the Contractor the proposed audience/delegates for whom this training will be made available.
The Contractor must liaise with the Framework Public Bodies during Framework Agreement implementation to establish under what circumstances a temporary/interim worker may be entitled to receive a shift allowance.

Reports should be submitted to the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager within 14 working days of the end of each month.
Additional costs, incurred as a result of carrying out the required security procedures, will not be borne by the Framework Public Bodies.
A quarterly report which consolidates information for all Framework Public Bodies shall be submitted to the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager.
