Franchise Agreements definition

Franchise Agreements means (a) the Franchise Agreements set forth on Part IV of Schedule 4.01(p) hereto, and (b) any Franchise Agreement in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset entered into after the Closing Date in compliance with Section 5.01(r).
Franchise Agreements means all of the franchise agreements to which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party as franchisee, as any of the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated.

Franchise Agreements means those development agreements, franchise agreements, and other agreements between Seller and Franchisor relating exclusively to the Territory.

Each or any of the Franchise Agreements may sometimes be referred to herein, individually, as a “Franchise Agreement”.
