Franchise Area definition

Franchise Area means the area within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City, including any areas annexed by the City during the term of this Franchise.
Franchise Area means the present legal boundaries of the City as of the Effective Date, and shall also include any additions thereto, by annexation or other legal means as provided in this Agreement.
Franchise Area means the entire geographic area within the City as it is now constituted or may in the future be constituted.

  • Franchisee shall have the discretion to determine the placement of its Facilities as may be necessary to provide safe and reliable Telecommunication System service within the Franchise Area, subject to the following non- interference requirements.
