Franchisor shall have the right to release financial and operational information relating to the Franchised Business to Franchisor’s lenders or prospective lenders.
Franchisee shall promptly pay when due all taxes, accounts and other indebtedness of every kind incurred by Franchisee in the conduct of the Franchised Business under this Agreement.
In the event the consideration, terms, and/or conditions offered by a third party are such that Franchisor may not reasonably be required to furnish the same consideration, terms, and/or conditions, then Franchisor may purchase the interest in this Agreement, Franchisee, or the Franchised Business proposed to be sold for the reasonable equivalent in cash.
You must use your best efforts to promote the Franchised Business.
Franchisor will make available to Franchisee such continuing advisory assistance in the operation of the Franchised Business, in person or by electronic or written bulletins made available from time to time, as Franchisor may deem appropriate.
