Franchised Restaurants definition

Franchised Restaurants means a Branded Restaurant owned and operated by a Franchisee.

Franchised Restaurants means, collectively, the Contributed Franchised Restaurants and the New Franchised Restaurants.

Franchised Restaurants means all restaurants, other than Company Restaurants, which, either as of the date of this Agreement or from time to time during the term of this Agreement, are licensed by the Company to offer to customers any of the Proprietary Products.

Franchised Restaurants means the Burger King Restaurants operated by Franchisees pursuant to Franchise Agreements, and a “Franchised Restaurant” means any of them.
