Free Cash definition

Free Cash means the aggregate book value of the holdings which at all times are available for the Issuer of any:

Free Cash means unencumbered, unrestricted cash of the Company or any Guarantor (other than encumbrances or restrictions arising under the Transaction Documents) on deposit in one or more bank accounts subject to Account Control Agreements.

Free Cash as of any date means the sum of the Company’s unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents, determined on a consolidated basis.
