Free Cash definition

Free Cash means the aggregate book value of the holdings which at all times are available for the Issuer of any:
Free Cash means unencumbered, unrestricted cash of the Company or any Guarantor (other than encumbrances or restrictions arising under the Transaction Documents) on deposit in one or more bank accounts subject to Account Control Agreements.
Free Cash means cash and Cash Equivalents less (i) ticketing-related client funds, (ii) event-related deferred revenue and (iii) accrued expenses due to artists and for cash collected on behalf of others for ticket sales, plus event-related prepaids.
