Free Cashflow definition

Free Cashflow means, in respect of any Measurement Period:
Free Cashflow or “FCF” means EBITDA for a Financial Quarter, a Relevant Period or, as the case may be, a Relevant Year after:
Free Cashflow or ‘FCF’ means Adjusted EBITDA after the effects of capital expenditure, financing and tax cash impacts.

  • It shall be a requirement of this Agreement that the Project Company shall maintain a ratio of Free Cashflow to Debt Service, for any Measurement Period, of not less than 1.25 times.

  • The projected Free Cashflow for the immediate following year shall be the amount of surplus cash projected to be generated by the Joint Venture in its ordinary course of business less any projected capital expenditures for that immediate following year based on the Joint Venture's operating budget as approved by the Board for that immediate following year.

Free Cashflow means Adjusted EBITDA after the effects of capital expenditure, financing and tax cash impacts and before the replacement rate.
