Free Issue Material definition

Free Issue Material means Tooling, samples, prototypes, goods, drawings, designs, patterns and other items which the Buyer issues to the Seller free of charge for use by the Seller in connection with the Contract, or which the Buyer permits the Seller to use in connection with the Contract.
Free Issue Material means the materi al supplied free of charge by Owner to Contractor in accordance with Clause 12 and as per the list mentioned in Special Conditions.
Free Issue Material means all raw materials and/or packaging supplied by the Seller to the Buyer for use in the production of the Goods.

  • For certain Fabrication Contracts, if specified in the tender, the Purchaser shall provide Free Issue Material (FIM) to Contractor, as per quantities/sizes along with costs of such material mentioned in the tender.

  • Free Issue Material (FIM) will be issued to the Contractor only after receipt of the Insurance Policy from the Contractor.

  • Wherever contracts envisage supply of Free Issue Material (FIM) by the Purchaser to the contractor for fabrication of the contracted equipment/stores, such Free Issue Material shall be safeguarded by an insurance policy to be provided by the Contractor at his own cost for the full value of such materials and the insurance policy shall cover, the following risks specifically and shall be valid for six months beyond the contractual delivery date: 1.

  • This Guarantee/Undertaking shall remain in force upto the midnight of (here put the scheduled date of delivery of the Free Issue Material + 3 months) and any extension thereof.


More Definitions of Free Issue Material

Free Issue Material has the meaning set out in clause 12.9.
Free Issue Material means material issued free of charge by Purchaser to BRUSH to be used in the production or manufacture of Goods provided by BRUSH under the Contract.

Head Agreement means the agreement between Tandem and the Client under which Tandem has agreed to provide certain services to the Client, whether existing at the date of this Agreement or entered into at any time during the term of this Agreement.
