Free to Air Channel definition

Free to Air Channel or “FTA Channel” means a channel which is declared as such by ZEEL and for which no fee is to be paid by the IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing signals of such channel.
Free to Air Channel means a Channel which is declared as such by the Broadcaster and for which no fee is to be paid by the Distributor of Television Channels to the Broadcaster for signals of such Channel.
Free to Air Channel shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Tariff Order.
