Freely Accessible definition

Freely Accessible means that On-site Public Art is accessible to and available for use by the general public during normal hours of business operation consistent with the operation and use of the premises.

Freely Accessible means the artwork is accessible to the public for viewing, in its entirety and in a direct line of sight without hindrances or obstacles, for a period of at least (10) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

  • Readily accessible means areas within the interior of the dwelling unit available for observation at
