None of the payments made by or on account of a French Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lenders pursuant to the Loan Documents and, as for payments received from or on account from a French Borrower, none of the payments remitted to any Lenders pursuant to the Loan Documents, shall be paid or remitted to an account opened with a financial institution situated in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction.
Amounts borrowed by any French Borrower under this Section 2.3(d) may be repaid and, through but excluding the Termination Date, reborrowed.
