FTE Costs means the product of (a) the number of FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) used by a Party or its Affiliates in directly performing activities assigned to such Party under and in accordance with the Global Development Plan, the Follow-On Research Plan, the Medical Affairs Plan, the Manufacturing Plan, the Quality Agreement, any Global Commercialization Plan or any Regional Commercialization Plan, as applicable, and (b) the FTE Rate.
FTE Costs means, with respect to a Party for any period, the applicable FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs of such Party performing Development activities during such period in accordance with the applicable Development Plan and Budget.
FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period. FTEs will be pro-rated on a daily basis if necessary.

If the Parties perform Confirmatory Combination Therapy Trial Activities in accordance with Section 5.4, within [***] after the end of each Calendar Quarter, each Party shall provide to the other Party a written report of its actual FTE Costs and Out-of-Pocket Expenses incurred with respect to the performance of such Confirmatory Combination Therapy Trial Activities to be shared by the Parties in accordance with Section 5.4 for such Calendar Quarter.

FTE Costs for a given period means the FTE Rate multiplied by the total FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) directly engaged, in the particular period, in the performance of activities pursuant to the Collaboration Plan;
