Fuel Handling Facilities definition

Fuel Handling Facilities means all equipment and facilities necessary in connection with the delivery, receipt, handling, processing and disposal of Fuel or Fuel by products, including the Gas Interconnection Facilities.
Fuel Handling Facilities shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Support and Operating Agreement.

  • All Electrical Interconnection Facilities [and Fuel Handling Facilities], including metering and submetering facilities and Transmission Upgrades must be of sufficient capacity as of the Initial Delivery Date to permit the Units to operate at all times during each month at the Maximum Contract Capacity (in addition to such capacity as required for units located at the Facility that are not committed to Buyer).

  • In accordance with Article XI, the Seller shall have the obligation to cause the construction of the Electrical Interconnection Facilities [and Fuel Handling Facilities], including metering and submetering facilities, and Transmission Upgrades, and cause them to become operational.

  • The audit team’s Technical Specialists reviewed the drawing depicting the areas of contamination and radiation on the floor plans of the Canister Handling and Fuel Handling Facilities.

  • Within thirty (30) days of the expiration of any such lease period, upon notice, the Owner Lessor shall have the right to (i) lease any such Fuel Handling Facilities and/or Common Facilities for a subsequent period pursuant to similar terms and conditions, including an ongoing right to extend, or (ii) purchase such Fuel Handling Facilities and/or Common Facilities in exchange for the fair market value of such interests, as determined by an independent appraiser selected (and paid for) by the Owner Lessor.

Related to Fuel Handling Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Gasoline dispensing facility means any site where gasoline is dispensed to motor vehicle gasoline tanks from stationary storage tanks.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.
