Fuel switching means any project that replaces a heating system or industrial process using fossil fuels with a system or process that uses a different fuel and achieves lower net greenhouse gas emissions.[PL 2021, c. 358, §2 (NEW); RR 2021, c. 1, Pt. A, §40 (RAL).]
