Fulfilment Date definition

Fulfilment Date means the date on which all of the Conditions Precedent have been fulfilled or waived;
Fulfilment Date means the date on which all parts of the Composition have been fulfilled, including the issuance of the Class A Shares and the Bonds to Composition Creditors.
Fulfilment Date means the date that the last of the Conditions Precedent are either fulfilled or waived, as the case may be, so that the Agreement is not subject to any further Conditions Precedent anymore;
