Full Availability Date definition

Full Availability Date means the Pre-Closing Funding Date or the Closing Date, as applicable; provided that if following a Pre-Closing Funding Date the Closing Date does not occur on or prior to the applicable Return Date, the Full Availability Date shall be deemed not to have occurred and the Available Amount shall be reduced to the Interim Available Amount until the next Full Availability Date (if any).
Full Availability Date means the first Borrowing Date (as set forth in a notice of borrowing for Full Availability Term Loans) on which the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 4.02 and 4.03 have been satisfied or waived, which such Borrowing Date shall in no event be later than the Final Order Entry Date.
Full Availability Date means the date on or after April 1, 1998 on which the WTI Stock Purchase is consummated.

More Definitions of Full Availability Date

Full Availability Date means the date on which the following conditions have been satisfied (or waived or modified by the Administrative Agent and the Arrangers):
Full Availability Date means the first date on which the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.02 have been satisfied or waived by the Required Lenders.
