Examples of Full Title Guarantee in a sentence
The Seller is the legal and beneficial owner of the Shares, and shall sell, and the Purchaser shall purchase, the Shares on the basis that they are sold at Completion with Full Title Guarantee and free from any Encumbrance and together with all rights attaching to them at Completion, including the right to receive all dividends, distributions or any return of capital declared, made or paid with effect from Completion.
The sale and purchase of the Shares shall be on the terms set out in this Agreement and made with Full Title Guarantee.
The Seller is the legal and beneficial owner of the Remaining Shares and, in the event of the valid exercise by Purchaser of the Option, shall sell and the Purchaser shall purchase the Additional Shares on the basis that they are sold at Completion with Full Title Guarantee and free from any Encumbrance and together with all rights attached to them at Completion or subsequently becoming attached to them.
