Fund Administrator definition

Fund Administrator means the fund administrator, manager, trustee or similar person with the primary administrative responsibilities for a Fund according to the relevant Fund Documents.

Fund Administrator means the per- son to whom the authority and func- tions of the Commandant as adminis- trator of the Fund are delegated.

Fund Administrator means, in respect of a Fund, any fund administrator, manager, trustee or similar person responsible for the administration of such Fund and the determination and reporting of any official price or value of such Fund according to the Fund Documents or any successor acceptable to the Index Sponsor.
