Fund Agent definition

Fund Agent means the agent for the Participating Funds designated in Paragraph 18 of the Master Agreement.

(u) "Repurchase Date" shall mean the date fixed by agreement between Seller and the Participating Funds on which the Seller is to repurchase Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, from the Participating Funds and the Participating Funds are to resell the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, including any date determined by application of the provisions of Paragraphs 7 and 15 of the Master Agreement. (v) "Repurchase Price" for each repurchase transaction shall mean the Sale Price, plus an incremental amount determined by applying the Pricing Rate to the Sale Price, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the number of actual days elapsed from (and including) the Sale Date to (but excluding) the Repurchase Date. (w) "Sale Date" shall mean the Banking Day on which Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller pursuant to a repurchase transaction hereunder. (x) "Sale Price" shall mean the price agreed upon by the Participating Funds and Seller at which the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller. • Promptly after the transfer of funds and receipt of Securities and any Cash Collateral, the Custodian shall provide a confirmation to the Fund Agent, setting forth (i) the Securities and any Cash Collateral which the Custodian has received pursuant to the Repurchase Agreement transaction, (ii) the amount of funds transferred from the applicable Account, and (iii) any security or transaction identification numbers reasonably requested by the Fund Agent.

Fund Agent means AGID or such other persons or entities as may be designated as such by the Trusts for purposes of this Amendment from time to time.
