Fund Board definition

Fund Board means the board of directors of the Michigan strategic fund created under the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094.

For purposes of the Closing, the net asset value per Acquired Fund Share shall be the net asset value computed as of the Valuation Time in accordance with Section 2.6, after the declaration and payment of any dividends and/or other distributions on that date, using the valuation procedures of the Acquired Fund adopted by the Acquired Fund Board.
