Fund Disruption Event definition

Fund Disruption Event means any of the following events, as determined by the Determination Agent in its reasonable discretion:
Fund Disruption Event with respect to a Fund Share means any event as determined by the Index Calculation Agent in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 315 BGB) that delays, disrupts or impairs the calculation of the NAV of the relevant Fund Share which is not considered to be a Substitution Event.
Fund Disruption Event means at any time the occurrence or continuance of any of the following events, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, if the Calculation Agent determines that such event is material:

Examples of Fund Disruption Event in a sentence

  • If the Calculation Agent determines that a Reference Fund Disruption Event has occurred, the Calculation Agent may postpone the Valuation Date to a later date which is not a Disrupted Day, provided that the Valuation Date will not be postponed beyond the date specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement as the "Cut-off Valuation Date".

  • A Reference Fund Disruption Event may occur in respect of Notes if, as determined by the Calculation Agent: the date on which a Reference Fund is scheduled to determine the net asset value of such Reference Fund is postponed; the reporting of such net asset value is postponed; or payment in respect of any redemption is postponed.

  • The occurrence of a Fund Disruption Event shall be published in accordance with § 11.

  • The operations of both ECS Holdings and Clade require a more diversified business portfolio, requiring extended management infrastructure and further capitalisation.

  • The occurrence of a Fund Disruption Event will lead to a delay in valuation and may lead to the Issuer estimating the value of the Fund Units.


More Definitions of Fund Disruption Event

Fund Disruption Event means any of the following events, as determined by the Determination Agent in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen, § 317 BGB):
Fund Disruption Event with respect to a Fund Share means (i) any event that delays, disrupts or impairs as determined by the relevant Fund Management the ability to calculate the NAV of the relevant Fund Share or (ii) any other event that in the opinion of the Issuer delays, disrupts or impairs the calculation of the NAV of the relevant Fund Share which may not lead to an adjustment in accordance with § 6. The occurrence of a Fund Disruption Event shall be published in accordance with § 11.
Fund Disruption Event means any event as determined by the Index Calculation Agent that delays, disrupts or impairs the calculation of the NAV of the Fund Shares which is not considered to be a Substitution Event.
Fund Disruption Event means, in respect of any Fund and a date which (but for any postponement under this paragraph 6) would be a Fixing Date, a determination by the Determination Agent that:
Fund Disruption Event means the occurrence or the likely occurrence of (i) a Calculation and/or Publication Disruption,(ii) a Fund Settlement Disruption or (iii) a NAV Determination Disruption Event. For the purpose hereof:
Fund Disruption Event with respect to a Fund Share means any event as determined by the Issuer that delays, disrupts or impairs the calculation of the NAV of the respective Fund Share which is not considered to be an Extraordinary Event.
Fund Disruption Event means in respect of any Shares, the occurrence or existence of a Fund Redemption Valuation Disruption, a Fund Valuation Reporting Disruption or a Fund Settlement Disruption, in each case as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Valuation Date or other relevant day.
