Fund Family definition

Fund Family refers to all Funds in the Trust with the same investment adviser. PLUS: ● [REDACTED] basis point (%) per annum of each Fund’s net assets over $100 million. Basis point fees are expressed as annual percentage rates, but shall accrue quarterly, with net asset values determined as of the last day of the preceding quarter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all Funds identified with an “*” on Schedule D to the Agreement shall be “Grandfathered Funds” and shall be subject to the fees described in the applicable fee schedule attached hereto, plus itemized fees as follows. On each anniversary date of the Agreement, NLCS will increase the base fees listed in Section 1 above or in the applicable fee schedules attached hereto by an amount not to exceed the average annual change for the prior calendar year in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers - All Items (seasonally adjusted)1 plus 1.5%.

For the avoidance of doubt, Grandfathered Funds shall not be subject to the annual Consumer Price Index adjustment.

  • Any modification of the Transfer Agency Services provided by GFS as set forth in this Appendix II must be mutually agreed to, in writing, by both GFS and the Fund Family, Trust or a Fund.

  • GFS agrees to treat all Fund Family Proprietary Information and Customer Data as proprietary to the Fund Family and further agrees that it shall not divulge any Fund Family Proprietary Information or Customer Data to any person or organization except as may be provided under this Agreement or as may be directed by the Fund Family or as may be duly requested by regulatory authorities.

  • As compensation for the Services provided by GFS to the Fund Family pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund Family, on behalf of each Fund, agrees to pay GFS the fees set forth in Appendix III attached hereto.

Fund Family is defined as the Spectrum Low Volatility Fund, Spectrum Advisors Preferred Fund, and the Hundredfold Select Alternative Fund, Hundredfold Select Equity Fund and Hundredfold Select Global Fund, each a series of Northern Lights Fund Trust II.
Fund Family shall include SunAmerica Income Funds, SunAmerica Equity Funds, SunAmerica Focused Series, Inc., SunAmerica MoneyMarket Funds, Inc., SunAmerica Senior Floating Rate Fund, Inc., and AIG Series Trust.
Fund Family shall include any fund (whether included in the list of “covered funds” above or not) for which Equinox Institutional Asset Management, LP serves as investment adviser, or for which it advises a portfolio of managed futures programs or other alternative asset programs as a sub-adviser or as the adviser to a reference asset of an overlay or option strategy, but shall exclude any fund eligible for inclusion solely as a result of a conversion or other transfer of assets from a fund already being serviced by GFS.

  • Brand family means all styles of Cigarettes sold under the same trade mark and differentiated from one another by means of additional modifiers or descriptors, including, but not limited to, “menthol,” “lights,” “kings,” and “100s,” and includes any brand name (alone or in conjunction with any other word), trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or any other indicia of product identification identical or similar to, or identifiable with, a previously known brand of Cigarettes.

  • Family or “family member” means your spouse, and any child, stepchild, parent, or parent-in-law who receives more than one-half of his or her support from you or from whom you receive more than one-half of your support.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Bona Fide Debt Fund means any fund or investment vehicle that is primarily engaged in the making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans, bonds and other similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course.

  • Immediate family means a spouse and any unemancipated child.
