Fund Interest definition

Fund Interest means, subject to adjustment in accordance with these Conditions, each fund interest specified in the applicable Issue Terms and related expressions shall be construed accordingly.

Fund Interest means all of the interests of an Investor in the Fund, including, without limitation, the Investor's: (i) right to a distributive share of profits and losses; (ii) right to a distributive share of the assets of the Fund; and (iii) right, if a Director or Investment Manager, to participate in the management of the Fund.
