Fund Manager definition

Fund Manager means the manager appointed for the day-to-day management and administration of the scheme.

Fund Manager or “fund manager” means a company holding a capital markets services licence under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) for fund management or that is exempted under that Act from holding such a licence;

Fund Manager means, with respect to a mutual fund, an entity that is responsible for investing the mutual fund’s assets, managing its portfolio trading and providing it with administrative and other services, pursuant to a management contract.
