Fund or Account definition

Fund or Account means any of the funds or accounts referred to herein.
Fund or Account means any of the funds or accounts referred to in the Indenture.

Examples of Fund or Account in a sentence

  • Investment earnings shall be considered on deposit in any Fund or Account as of the date they are actually received by the Trustee.

  • Whenever any transfer is required by this Indenture to be made from any Fund or Account to any other Fund or Account, the Trustee may use Investment Securities, or allocable portions thereof, included in the Balance of the former to the extent necessary to make such transfer, but only to the extent such Investment Securities are permissible investments for the Fund or Account to which they are to be transferred.

  • Any amounts remaining in any Fund or Account established under the Indenture after payment of the Bonds in full including interest and premium, if any, thereon in accordance with their terms, or provision for payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture, and payment of all sums otherwise due hereunder shall be paid to the Borrower as provided in the Indenture.

  • Termination of this Agreement with respect to any one particular Company, Fund or Account shall in no way affect the rights and duties under this Agreement with respect to any other Company, Fund or Account.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to this paragraph with respect to any Company, Fund or Account, the applicable Company (if a termination with respect to a Company or Fund) or GEAM on behalf of the applicable Account shall pay Accounting Agent its compensation due and shall reimburse Accounting Agent for its costs, expenses and disbursements.

  • The Trustee shall advise the Issuer of all investments held for the credit of each Fund or Account in its custody under the provisions of this Indenture as provided in Section 7.14 hereof.

  • For purposes of calculating the net asset value of a Fund or Account, the Accounting Agent shall value each Fund’s or Account’s securities utilizing prices obtained from sources designated by such Company or Account (collectively, the “Authorized Price Sources”) on a Price Source Authorization substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time, or otherwise designated by a Company or Account (the “Price Source Authorization”).

  • The Adviser shall hold the Sub-Adviser harmless for any loss suffered as a consequence of any action or inaction of any other service provider to the Fund or Account in failing to observe the instructions of the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser and for any losses, claims, damages, liabilities or litigation (including legal and other reasonable expenses) arising out of or based on registration statements, shareholder reports, proxy materials, sales literature or other materials pertaining to the Fund.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to this paragraph with respect to any Company, Fund or Account, the Administrator shall pay the Sub-Administrator its compensation due and shall reimburse Sub-Administrator for its costs, expenses and disbursements.

  • The Trustee or any Deposit Agent shall sell at the best price obtainable, or present for redemption, any Investment Securities purchased by it as an investment whenever it shall be necessary to provide moneys to meet any payment from such Fund or Account.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
