Fund Prospectus definition

Fund Prospectus means any document that is or at any time was a Fund Prospectus within the meaning of this Section l.g.).

Fund Prospectus means particulars of a fund prepared in accordance with fund offering document rules, and “prospectus” has a corresponding meaning;

Fund Prospectus means the prospectus and statement of additional information of a Fund as from time to time in effect. Any changes, modifications, or additions reflected in any such Fund Prospectus shall be effective on the date of such Fund Prospectus (or supplement thereto) unless specified otherwise.

• If requested by the Company in lieu thereof, the Fund at its expense shall provide to the Company a camera-ready copy, and electronic version, of the current Fund Prospectus suitable for printing and other assistance as is reasonably necessary in order for the Company to have a new Contracts Prospectus printed together with the Fund Prospectus in one document.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Fund may delay redemption of Fund shares to the extent permitted by the 1940 Act, any rules, regulations or orders thereunder, or the then currently effective Fund Prospectus.

• Sales of shares of Washington Mutual Investors Fund below $1 million made in connection with certain accounts established before September 1, 1969, are subject to reduced concessions and sales charges as described in the Washington Mutual Investors Fund Prospectus.
