If the Company does not know, or should not reasonably know, that a Fundamental Change will occur until the date that is within 15 days before the anticipated effective date of such Fundamental Change, the Company shall deliver a Fundamental Change Conversion Notice to the Holders and the Trustee promptly after the Company has knowledge of such Fundamental Change.
Holders may surrender Securities for conversion at any time within the Fundamental Change Conversion Period.
