The foregoing provisions of this Paragraph 12 shall similarly apply to successive Fundamental Changes.
These changes are divided into three categories, which are Fundamental, significant and notifiable changes.Fundamental Changes:The Fund Manager shall obtain the Unitholders’ approval on Fundamental Changes to the Fund through an Ordinary Fund Resolution.
