Having obtained the approval of the Unitholders, the Fund Manager must then obtain the consent of the CMA in relation to the proposed Fundamental Changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Each Unitholder is entitled to redeem its Units prior to such Fundamental Changes becoming effective, without incurring any redemption fees (if any).
