Funding Agents definition

Funding Agents means the trust and/or insurance company and/or any group of individual trustees designated by the Company and holding the whole or a portion of the assets of the Fund at any time, pursuant to the terms of a Funding Agreement(s).
Funding Agents means, collectively, U.S. Funding Agent, Euro Funding Agent and each Supplemental Funding Agent; and “Funding Agent” means any of the Funding Agents.
Funding Agents means the Funding Coordination Agent and the Funding Paying Agent.

  • Each of the Investors and the Funding Agents hereby designates Barclays Bank PLC, as the Series 2026-1 Class A-1-V Administrative Agent hereunder, and hereby authorizes the Series 2026-1 Class A-1-V Administrative Agent to take such actions and to exercise such powers as are delegated to the Series 2026-1 Class A-1-V Administrative Agent by the terms of this Agreement together with such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.
