Funding and Payment Office means the office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender located at One Chase Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 or such offices of Administrative Agent or any successor Administrative Agent specified by Administrative Agent or such successor Administrative Agent in a written notice to Loan Parties and Lenders).

Funding and Payment Office means (a) the office of the Administrative Agent located at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx XX, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 (Attention: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx or Xxxxx Xxxxxx) or (b) such other office of the Administrative Agent or of a third party or sub-agent, as appropriate, as may from time to time hereafter be designated as such in a written notice delivered by the Administrative Agent to the Borrowers and each Lender.

Funding and Payment Office means the office of the Administrative Agent as set forth under the Administrative Agent’s name on the signature pages hereof, or such other office designated in a written notice delivered by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and each Lender.

All payments of principal and interest in respect of this Note shall be made in lawful money of the United States of America in same day funds at the Funding and Payment Office or at such other place as shall be designated in writing for such purpose in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
