Funding Cap definition

Funding Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05.
Funding Cap. (Dual Enrollment only) means the maximum of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for which a Georgia high school student may receive payment from the Dual Enrollment funding Program, effective Summer term 2020 (FY 2021). Students who received funding for 18 semester or 27 quarter or less hours, through Spring term 2020, are subject to the Funding Cap, effective Summer term 2020 (FY 2021). Students who received funding for 19 semester or 29 quarter hours or more hours, prior to Summer term 2020 (FY 2021), were granted an additional 12 semester or 18 quarter hours as their Funding Cap effective Summer term 2020 (FY 2021).
Funding Cap means an amount equal to (i) $22,000,000 less (ii) 25% of any indebtedness or operating cash flow of DAPL Holdings or ETCO Holdings or their respective Subsidiaries (and also Dakota Access and Energy Transfer Crude Oil Company) used to fund the Specified Projects following the Closing Date.

Examples of Funding Cap in a sentence

  • A student becomes ineligible to continue receiving Dual Enrollment program funding after his or her second (2nd) course withdrawal from an approved Dual Enrollment course(s), occurring Summer term 2020 or later, regardless of the total Paid Hours or Funding Cap calculation.

  • The term in which the student reaches the Funding Cap, the Eligible Postsecondary Institution may charge Tuition and a prorated portion of the Mandatory Fees and book costs, based on credit hours not covered by Dual Enrollment funding.

  • Courses which the student, dropped, withdrew, failed or stopped attending for which the student received funding counts toward the 30 semester and 45 quarter hours program Funding Cap.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Authority in that regard agrees to: • Complete all such documents and perform all such acts as may be required by the Supplier, Authority or the ESFA to enable the Supplier to recover the Charges (other than the Costs Above the Funding Cap, if any) from the ESFA in such instalments of such frequency and amount, and commencing on such date, as is prescribed by or for which provision is made in the Funding Rules.
