A student becomes ineligible to continue receiving Dual Enrollment program funding after his or her second (2nd) course withdrawal from an approved Dual Enrollment course(s), occurring Summer term 2020 or later, regardless of the total Paid Hours or Funding Cap calculation.
The term in which the student reaches the Funding Cap, the Eligible Postsecondary Institution may charge Tuition and a prorated portion of the Mandatory Fees and book costs, based on credit hours not covered by Dual Enrollment funding.
Courses which the student, dropped, withdrew, failed or stopped attending for which the student received funding counts toward the 30 semester and 45 quarter hours program Funding Cap.
