  • If the Borrower has elected to cure such Borrowing Base Deficiency in the manner described in Section 2.07(a)(ii), it shall deliver the necessary Funding Date Documentation and related Contract Schedule (identifying the Eligible Contracts to be pledged as additional Collateral) to the Collateral Agent on the second Business Day succeeding such discovery.
