Funding Loan Documents definition

Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Regulatory Agreement, (iv) the Tax Certificate, (v) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vi) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, and (vii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.

Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Governmental Lender Note, (iv) the Regulatory Agreement,(v) the Tax Certificate, (vi) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vii) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, including any subordination agreements related thereto, and (viii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.

Funding Loan Documents shall have the meaning given to that term in the Funding Loan Agreement.

Examples of Funding Loan Documents in a sentence

• The Governmental Lender will not knowingly create or knowingly permit the creation of any mortgage, pledge, lien, charge or encumbrance of any kind on the Security or any part thereof prior to or on a parity with the lien of this Funding Loan Agreement, except as expressly permitted or contemplated by the Funding Loan Documents.
