Funding Rules definition

Funding Rules means the documents produced by the Department which set out the detailed requirements with which the Provider must comply in respect of the Services delivered under this Agreement as may be amended by the Department from time to time and as referred to in the Specification (Schedule 1).
Funding Rules means the requirements relating to the minimum required contributions (including any installment payments) to Pension Plans and Multiemployer Plans, as applicable, and set forth in Sections 412, 430, 431, 432 and 436 of the IRC and Sections 302, 303, 304 and 305 of ERISA.
Funding Rules means the document which sets out the detailed requirements with which the College must comply in respect of each Learning Programme delivered under this Financial Memorandum and which forms part of this Financial Memorandum.
