Funding Segment definition

Funding Segment of the Euro-Rate Portion of the Revolving Credit Loans at any time shall mean the entire principal amount of such Portion to which at the time in question there is applicable a particular Funding Period beginning on a particular day and ending on a particular day. (By definition, each such Portion is at all times composed of an integral number of discrete Funding Segments and the sum of the principal amounts of all Funding Segments of any such Portion at any time equals the principal amount of such Portion at such time.)

Funding Segment means with respect to an Eurodollar Rate Loan, the entire principal amount of such Eurodollar Portion to which at the time in question there is applicable a particular Eurodollar Interest Period beginning on a particular day and ending on a particular day. (By definition, each such Eurodollar Portion is at all times composed of an integral number of discrete Funding Segments and the sum of the principal amounts of all Funding Segments of any such Eurodollar Portion at any time equals the principal amount of such Eurodollar Portion at such time.)

Funding Segment of the CD Rate Portion or the Euro-Rate Portion, as the case may be, of the Revolving Credit Loans at any time shall mean the entire principal amount of such Portion to which at the time in question there is applicable a particular Funding Period beginning on a particular day and ending on a particular day. (By definition, each such Portion is at all times composed of an integral number of discrete Funding Segments and the sum of the principal amounts of all Funding Segments of any such Portion at any time equals the principal amount of such Portion at such time.)

• Interest on each Funding Segment of the CD Rate Portion shall be due and payable on the last day of the corresponding CD Rate Funding Period and, if such CD Rate Funding Period is longer than 90 days, also every 90th day during such CD Rate Funding Period.

• The applicable Borrower shall pay interest on each Funding Segment of the Euro-Rate Portion or CDOR Portion of the Revolving Credit Loans on the last day of the corresponding Funding Period and, if such Funding Period is longer than three months, also on the last day of every third month during such Funding Period.
