Funds Flow Statement definition

Funds Flow Statement means a funds flow statement in agreed form.

Funds Flow Statement means that certain funds flow statement delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.01(a)(xiii) of the Refinancing and Funding Agreement.
