Further Conditions definition

Further Conditions means additional conditions as defined under the “Act” which are added to an individual trader for compliance instead of revocation of a licence.
Further Conditions means, in respect of any Tap Issue or any Further Class of Notes, the supplemental terms and conditions relating to the issue of such Tap Issue or Further Class (as applicable).
Further Conditions means the further conditions of any Further Tranche of Notes in the form of Annex 3 hereof which amend, supplement and form part of the Conditions and these Supplemental Terms and Conditions.

  • Any surveys or survey work shall be at Buyer’s sole cost and expense unless specified in Section 10 Further Conditions.

  • Per Section 10 Further Conditions, Seller shall deliver to Buyer full and complete possession of the Property, subject to the Permitted Exceptions.

  • We confirm that each condition specified in Clause 4.2 (Further Conditions Precedent) is satisfied on the date of this Utilisation Request.

  • If on a Roll-Over Date no notice of an intention to make a voluntary pre-payment has been served in accordance with Clause 5.3.1 (Voluntary Pre-payment) subject to compliance with the conditions set out in Clause 3.6 (Further Conditions Precedent), the Loans shall be deemed to have been repaid and redrawn on that Roll-over Date for an Interest Period of one month.

  • If You commenced your occupation and use of the Premises after the Effective Date then You acknowledge that You received, read and understood this Occupancy Agreement, the Rules and any Further Conditions before the Commencement Date.


More Definitions of Further Conditions

Further Conditions means any conditions issued by SML relevant to the Premises; Goods means goods, farm produce and merchandise of any description and where relevant includes Services; Growers Storage Space means any storage space licensed to You by SML in accordance with the paragraph entitled “Growers Storage Space” in Schedule 2 for the Sydney Growers Market; Intellectual Property means all intellectual property of SML, including copyright, know-how and the Trade Marks;
Further Conditions means the further conditions to the Fourth Supplemental Effective Date set out in clause 5.1.
