Future Phases definition

Future Phases means such future phases of the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Wharf Development as may be constructed from time to time;
Future Phases. The Vendor has negotiated with other land owners owning lands adjacent to and/or in the vicinity of the Said Premises and upon agreements for acquisition of a reasonable sized land parcel being made, the Vendor intends to apply for the sanctioned building plan consisting of individual Blocks and common portions and amenities as may be decided by the Vendor to be developed and provided by the Vendor as Phase-II of the Said Complex. In case of the said Complex comprising of more than one phase, the Vendor shall be entitled to make such constructions, additions, alterations, modifications etc. in the Said Premises and the Common Portions comprised therein as it may deem necessary for this purpose including demolishing/ removing/constructing any portion of any boundary walls and connecting utilities like water, sewerage, drainage, electricity, telephone, cable etc. The Vendor shall also be entitled to provide and/or make available the Common Portions including the Residents Club and all facilities in the Said Premises to all such other future phases. The transferees of future phases shall also be entitled to become members of the Residents Club and shall have similar rights and obligations regarding the same. In case of there being more than one Phase the transferees of each Phase shall have the undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the land as comprised in each Phase of the Said Complex, as is attributable to each individual Flat. However the common portions and utilities developed and provided in the Said Complex shall be used and enjoyed by the Transferees of each Phase in the manner and as per rules provided herein or as may be framed by the Vendor and/or the Association from time to time. The transferees (including the Buyer) and/or the Association shall not be entitled to interfere with or obstruct or hinder in any manner the development and/or sale of any future Phases. The Buyer hereby consents to all of the above and agrees and undertakes, not to create any obstruction or hindrance, directly or indirectly or through the Association regarding any of the above irrespective of any inconveniences, temporary or otherwise.
Future Phases means Phase Two and any other phases of the development and construction of the Project subsequent to Phase One (but excluding any renovation, remodeling or redevelopment of portions of the Project that the Company has previously developed and constructed).

Examples of Future Phases in a sentence

  • The Common Areas mentioned in Section II of PART-IV of SCHEDULE A shall be for use and enjoyment of the allottees of the Project and also of the allottees of the project at the Phase 1A Land and 1B Land in common with the Owner, the Promoter and other persons permitted by the Promoter including allottees of Future Phases or any of them as the Promoter may decide.

  • As-You-Go TDD Financing if City Declines to Issue STAR Bonds for the Multi-Sport Complex – Future Phases.

More Definitions of Future Phases

Future Phases means Phases that are fully developed after Phase #1, as such areas are generally depicted and described in Appendix A. The Future Phases are subject to adjustment and are shown for example only.

Future Phases means the second and/or third phase of a maximum of three phases of completion and occupancy of the Lands, which Future Phases may be completed after or concurrently with the First Phase and will include the completion and occupancy of the Buildings on the Maywood Site and the Silver Site in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
Future Phases means Phases that are fully developed after the 25.754 acres and 19.793 acres currently developed and referenced in Section II.
Future Phases means or refer to possible future phases which are currently contemplated and which may be brought within the jurisdiction of the Association upon recording of the plat or plats therefore and the recording of an amendment to this Declaration specifically setting forth the intent of the Declarant to bring such additional properties under the jurisdiction of the Association. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to thecontrary, nothing contained herein is intended to, norshall it in anyway imply, infer or be interpreted that any property owned by Declarant, or in which Declarant has any right or option to purchase, shall be subject to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions herein set forth, and no Covenants, Conditions or Restrictions shall in anyway becreated hereby withrespect to any property other than Monticello Estateswhether by negative implication or otherwise.
