FX Price Source definition

FX Price Source means, in respect of an FX Rate, the price source(s) specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement for such FX Rate or if the relevant rate is not published or announced by such FX Price Source at the relevant time, the successor or alternative price source or page/publication for the relevant rate as determined by the Calculation Agent in its discretion.
FX Price Source means the foreign exchange rate quoted by WM/Reuters at 4.00 p.m. London time. In case where the FX Price Source is not available on the Index Business Day, when the Index level is calculated, the FX Price Source as at the previous Index Business Day is used.
FX Price Source means the information source(s) specified as such for the relevant Specified Rate in the applicable Final Terms.

More Definitions of FX Price Source

FX Price Source means the foreign exchange rate quoted by WM/Reuters at 4.00 p.m. London time. “ICB” means the Industry Classification Benchmark.
FX Price Source means the foreign exchange rate, determined with reference to Bloomberg page WMCO, used to convert the relevant amount to the Base Currency (as pursuant to the “Basket Equations in Chapter 4 entitled “Calculation”) or, if such price source is unavailable, any alternative price source selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion;
FX Price Source means Moscow Exchange, or if the relevant rate is not published or announced by such FX Price Source at the relevant time, the successor or alternative price source, display page or publication for the relevant rate as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner. The definition in FX Linked Condition 2 (Definitions) shall not apply.
FX Price Source means Bloomberg Page INRRATE <Index> (or such other page as may replace that page for the purpose of displaying a Currency Price, as determined by the CalculationAgent).
FX Price Source means Bloomberg page USDKES Curncy or if the Exchange Rate is not available on such page, any successor page or alternative source as the Calculation Agent may considerate as appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.
FX Price Source means Bloomberg Page CCN+1M Currency (or such other page as may replace that page for the purpose of displaying a Currency Price, as determined by the Calculation Agent).
FX Price Source means the price source(s) specified in the Term Sheet for the relevant Series. If the FX Price Source is unavailable for whatever reason, FX Price Source shall mean, on any day, the mean average amount of the spot rate of exchange quoted to ANZ by each of four foreign exchange dealers selected by ANZ as soon as practicable as determined by ANZ;
