  • Liquor Laws means all applicable federal, state and local statutes, laws, rules and regulations pursuant to which Liquor Authorities possess regulatory, licensing or permit authority over the sale, distribution and possession of alcoholic beverages.

  • Marijuana or "marihuana" means all parts of the plant Cannabis, whether growing or not, with a THC concentration greater than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds or resin.   • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Marijuana establishment means a marijuana cultivation facility, a marijuana testing facility, a marijuana product manufacturing facility, or a retail marijuana store.
