Gaming Law definition

Gaming Law means the provisions of any gaming laws or regulations of any state or jurisdiction to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture, be subject.
Gaming Law means all laws, rules, regulations, and orders regulating, permitting or otherwise relating to casinos, lotteries (including video lottery terminal facilities), gaming (including, without limitation, online, social and mobile gaming), gambling and similar activities or industries, and the policies, interpretations and administration thereof by any Gaming Authority.
Gaming Law means any federal, state, local, international, foreign or other law, statute, constitutional provision, regulation, rule, order, ordinance, enforcement requirement or interpretation pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses or asserts legal, regulatory or licensing authority over gaming and/or related activities.
