Gaming License definition

Gaming License means any license, qualification, franchise, accreditation, approval, registration, permit, finding of suitability or other authorization of a Gaming Authority relating to gaming, the gaming business, the ownership of Gaming Equipment, or the operation of a casino under the Gaming Laws or required by the Gaming Authorities, in each case, which are necessary or appropriate for the ownership and/or operation of the casino gaming operations at the Property, including the lease of the Property to CPLV Tenant for the gaming activities at the Property and the Management Agreement or Replacement Management Agreement, as applicable.
Gaming License means any Gaming Approval or other casino, gambling, racing or gaming license issued by any Gaming Authority covering any Gaming Facility.
Gaming License has the meaning set forth in the Equityholders Agreement.

Gaming License means any license, permit, franchise or other authorization from any governmental authority required on the date of this Indenture or at any time thereafter to own, lease, operate or otherwise conduct the gaming business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, including all licenses granted under Gaming Laws and other Legal Requirements.

Gaming License means every material license, material franchise or other material authorization on the Issue Date or thereafter required to own, lease, operate or otherwise conduct or manage a casino facility in any state, local or other jurisdiction including, without limitation, any applicable material liquor licenses, including, with respect to the Company (and without limitation) the Casino Operating Contract.
