Gateway Service definition

Gateway Service means a data communication service (including but not limited to an Application Programming Interface (API)), that is owned by Appriss and, in conjunction with Third Party Material(s), facilitates the transmission of requests for, and retrieval of, controlled substance prescription related services and information, including, as applicable, PMP Data from participating PMPs for authorized end users. The Gateway Service includes Third Party Material(s) that Appriss utilizes in connection with providing the Gateway Service.

Gateway Service means any Skrill service using a payment gateway integrated into (but not necessarily hosted on) the Merchant Website for receiving payment instructions from a customer; Manual means any of the technical manuals applicable to the Skrill Services, including but not limited to the Skrill Gateway Manual and the Automated Payments Interface Manual, each as amended from time to time and published on the Skrill Website, or, in case of a merchant integration through a third party service provider, any third party integration instructions or manuals; Micro-Enterprise shall mean an enterprise which, at the time of the entering into this Agreement, is an enterprise as defined in Article 1 and Article 2(1) and (3) of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC;

Gateway Service means a data communication service, including but not limited to an application programming interface (API), that facilitates the transmission of requests for and retrieval of PDMP Data between the PDMP System and Authorized Entity’s health information technology system.

More Definitions of Gateway Service

Gateway Service means the provision by MNI of a payment gateway integrated into (but not necessarily hosted on) Your Website for receiving payment instructions from a Customer, facilitating the execution of payments from a Customer to You using MNI Payment Services.

Gateway Service means a data communication service, including but not limited to an application programming interface (API), that facilitates the transmission of requests for and PDMP means the Oregon Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) sponsored by the Authority. PDMP Data means prescription history information reported and accessed through the PDMP, including through the PDMP System.

Gateway Service means Appriss’ data communication service (including but not limited to an Application Programming Interface (API)), that facilitates transmission of requests for, and retrieval of PMP data between a PMP system and EHRs, HIEs, and PDSs.

Gateway Service means a service that enables authorised users to connect to and interact with document issuers or Official Record Holders through an intermediary hub;

Gateway Service means any Pearl service using a payment gateway integrated into (but not necessarily hosted on) the Merchant Website for receiving payment instructions from a customer; Manual means any of the technical manuals applicable to the Pearl Services published on the Pearl Website, or, in case of a merchant integration through a third party service provider, any third party integration instructions or manuals;

Gateway Service means the provision of the Gateway Infrastructure and the RF Service as more fully described in Section B of Schedule 2 .
