Gathering Agreements definition

Gathering Agreements means, collectively, the CHK Agreement and the Total Agreement, and “Gathering Agreement” means either of them.

Gathering Agreements means each contract pertaining to the provision of gathering and compression services by any Subsidiary Loan Party or the Borrower (including any such contracts entered into after the Closing Date) as to which the breach, nonperformance, cancellation or failure to renew by any party thereto could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereunder.

Gathering Agreements mean, collectively, (a) that certain Gathering Agreement, by and between the Partnership and CONSOL, dated as of the Closing Date and (b) that certain Gathering Agreement, by and between the Partnership and Noble, dated as of the Closing Date.

• The Parties acknowledge that in the interest of efficiency, the Parties desire to establish a fee, term, and portion of the Capacity (the “Intramonth Terms”) which may be utilized by ECT as Commerical Manager to provide Gathering Services under Third Party Gathering Agreements or their associated individual transactions which have a duration of one Month or less (“Intramonth Agreements”).

• From and after the Closing Date, Purchaser shall take all actions reasonably requested by Seller to permit Seller to resolve the gas imbalances existing under the Firm Gas Gathering Agreements as of the Closing Date.

Gathering Agreements means the collective reference to the Anchor Shipper Gathering Agreements and any Third Party Gathering Agreements.

Gathering Agreements means each of (i) that certain Amended and Restated Gas Gathering Agreement, dated January 25, 2010, but effective February 1, 2010, by and among MLP Operating, Chesapeake Energy Marketing, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, COI, Chesapeake Exploration, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company, Chesapeake Louisiana L.P., an Oklahoma limited partnership, and DDJET Limited LLP, a Texas limited liability partnership, (ii) that certain Xxxxxxx Gas Gathering Agreement, dated January 25, 2010 but effective as of February 1, 2010, by and among MLP Operating, Total Gas & Power North America, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Total E&P USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (iii) the Additional Agreement, dated January 25, 2010, by and among MLP Operating, Total Gas & Power North America, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Total E&P USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Chesapeake Energy Marketing, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, COI, Chesapeake Exploration, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company, Chesapeake Louisiana L.P., an Oklahoma limited partnership, and DDJET Limited LLP, a Texas limited liability partnership and (iv) any other agreement supplementing, amending or replacing all or any portion of the foregoing.

Gathering Agreements means each contract pertaining to the provision of gathering and compression services by any Subsidiary Loan Party or the Borrower (including any such contracts entered into after the Restatement Date) as to which the breach, nonperformance, cancellation or failure to renew by any party thereto could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereunder.

Gathering Agreements means, collectively, the DTE-AGS Gathering Agreements, the DTE-SGG Gathering Agreements, the EQM Gathering Agreements, the Fullstream Gathering Agreements, the TCO Gathering Agreements and any other agreements related thereto.

Gathering Agreements mean gas gathering agreements listed on Exhibit A, as amended from time to time.

Gathering Agreements means the existing gas gathering agreements in place between Gatherer, Producers, their Affiliates, or the JV Partners with respect to the Xxxxx and Xxxxxx xxxxxx, as such gas gathering agreements may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time, (ii) the term “BG Gathering Agreements” means the Gathering Agreements in place between Gatherer and BG, as such Gathering Agreements may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time and (iii) the term “EXCO Gathering Agreements” means the Gathering Agreements in place between Gatherer and EXCO, as such Gathering Agreements may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
