GE Agreement definition

GE Agreement means that certain Agreement between State Street Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee, and GE Packaged Power, Inc. for six LM6000 Turbine Generator Sets, dated October 18, 2001, as amended on April 16, 2002 in respect of storage of the Units, and on October 22, 2002 to extend the warranties set forth therein.

GE Agreement means the GE Agreement as defined in the Implementation

GE Agreement means the agreement, dated March 10, 1998, between the Company and General Electric Capital Corporation, as Lessor, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time, providing for the sale of equipment by the Company to the Lessor and subsequent leaseback by the Lessor to the Company and/or to certain of the Company’s Subsidiaries in an aggregate outstanding principal amount not to exceed $20.0 million at any time.

• The Parties agree that, at Closing, Cardanes, Enco and Etrac will assign the Cardanes GE Agreement, the ENCO GE Agreement and the Etrac GE Agreement, respectively, to Desc Automotriz pursuant to three (3) assignment agreements in a form to be agreed in good faith by the Parties (the “GE Assignments”).

GE Agreement means any agreement between GE (or any of its affiliates) and a Loan Party, including, without limitation, any financing agreement, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, renewed, restated or replaced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
